　　1. The test shows that after this product used, the air quality have been improved thoroughly; thereinto, carbinol content is reduced to below 0.10mg/m3, the number of viruses and bacteria gotten by impacting method is less than 2000 each/m3, which is better than the national standards which make the aim of “creating pure and fresh world” come true.

　　Air shower can remove the dust adhesive the human bodies and gods, in order to reduce the dust quantity brought into the clean air, mean while, which also has the airbrake chamber, which can prevent non-clean air from invading by the door, and cooperate with clean air conditioning system to keep the cleanness in the clean room.

　　Air shower is a kind of purification equipment, which is special passageway for the workers getting in and out the clean area, which also can remove the dust from human bodies and body surface and reduce the dust quantity brought into the clean room, which also has the airbrake chamber function, to prevent the non-clean air from invading, and then cooperate with clean air-conditioning system, ensure the cleanness in the clean room.

Automatic control: the system adopts PLC intelligent control method, the LED of control panel can display the operation of air showing, interlock of double-door, the progress of air showing cycle and delay opening correctly. There also is the photoelectric sensors, non-return channel air shower, when somebody gets in the air shower from non-clean area, close the door, infrared rays will know that there is somebody, it will have a air-showing, after air-showing, the entrance is closes, there is the only out-door to get out the air shower;

　　2. Humanization operation: humanizing design of control panel, clean indicator, which will give you the clear indication of air-showing progress. Soft key touch relay, LED display and air-showing time, all the above can be adjusted between 10-99s, based on the external surroundings, the air-showing time can be regulated.

　　3. High cleanness, high wind speed: we adopt high-efficient filter with double-stage filtration system, no separation board and low resistance high efficiency filter, the filtration efficiency is 99.99%, in order to ensure the purification grade. There are stainless steel multi-angle adjustable nozzle, double volute outer rotor with big wind and low noise fan, the wind speed can reach to more than 25m/s, when the wind blowed to the human body, the wind speed can reach over 18m/s.

　　4. Modular structure: air shower box adopts modular design, according to practical requirements, all kinds of air showers can be assembled with different lengths, which can be divided into many modules, which will make the production, transportation and installation more convenient and fast.
